The countdown in front of the Duomo: what’s more excting? In the elegant rooms of Duomo 21 will be served a menù entirely composed of fish: it starts with the crudo di capasanta marinato with ginger, chives and salmon eggs, then marinated salmon with agrumes and esotic salad with pumpikin seeds, creamed rut with artichokes and prawns, rombo with cloves, savoy cabbages, raisin and mandarin.
