Porta Romana is certainly one of the chicest areas of Milan, dotted with stately buildings and modern and luxurious residences. It is precisely in this elegant and refined context of via Alfonso Lamarmora 36 that the All’Origine restaurant was born, which, with its refinement, seems to want to mirror the location in which it is located.
Home made products
One of the prides of the All’Origine restaurant, in addition to the attention to the customer and friendliness, is certainly the high quality of the products it serves. The main mission of chef Fabio Titone, in fact, consists in offering refined and excellent dishes and to do so, in addition to his mastery, he relies on precious raw materials.
Surely the strength of the restaurant is the home production of some of the most important products, such as pasta. When you go to eat at the All’Origine restaurant, you cannot ignore trying the exquisite artisan pasta, extruded in bronze, in which you can taste all the passion that the chef and his qualified staff have put into it.
Even the bread and breadsticks are produced daily, in order to guarantee their freshness and quality.
A varied menu
In addition to the fine home-made products, the restaurant offers a creative menu capable of satisfying all types of palates. We start from the appetizers, mainly produced with seafood delicacies such as prawns or scallops, and enriched with combinations of cheese or fruit, bringing together the sweet and sugary taste of land products with the delicate one of shellfish.
The first courses, entirely created with artisan products, are an explosion of flavor thanks to the combination of very different ingredients, such as vegetables and tuna, but which marry perfectly in the mouth.
The second courses are free-range, but if you look for them, they will certainly satisfy both those who want to eat a soft and juicy piece of meat and those who want to feel the taste of fish melt in your mouth.
The desserts are fresh and tasty and close the menu with elegance and taste.
